Hi, I’m David, Meditation facilitator, author and speaker. I support people to find peace within themselves and their lives by inviting them to gently explore those parts that are not at peace.

I offer Meditation groups, retreats and one to one inner work sessions in Plymouth, Devon and Online.

My specialities are: dealing with difficult emotions, relationships, childhood wounds and conditioning (Inner Child Healing), navigating life transitions, physical pain, living with awareness and the non-dual spiritual awakening process (realising your true nature).

From my own life journey and through supporting others for more than 10 years I have discovered that the deepest healing is found right here in the very heart of life as we move towards allowing and accepting ourselves to be as we are and life to be as it is.
